Swivel Angle Plates

How To Install a Swivel Plate

To install a swivel plate, begin by ensuring the base aluminium profiles you’re using are free of any chips or debris and cleaning them if required. Next, secure your swivel plate to your base profile using appropriate T-nuts and clamping bolts, remembering not to tighten fully in case of alignment changes.

Attach your second aluminium component by sliding it into the swivel plate. Once the T-nut is engaged, set it to the required angle and tighten all bolts to secure the connection. Ensure all connections are tight before beginning any work.
